ADP Payroll Specialist - 6 month Fixed Term

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team for a 6-month Fixed Term contract, working in a dynamic environment on an exciting migration project. 

The role

DDB Group Aotearoa are looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team for a 6-month Fixed Term contract, while we move through an exciting system migration journey. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an engaging project, working closely with our Group Financial Controller and CFO. 

In this role you will ensure the smooth execution of the ADP migration project, collaborating seamlessly with the wider agency network and key project owners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing monthly payroll for over 200 staff
• ADP System migration support
• Maintaining and updating payroll records as required
• Addressing payroll-related inquiries
• Providing support to the finance team with ad hoc payroll tasks

What will you bring?

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and bring a minimum of 3 years of experience to the forefront. With a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in utilizing ADP as a payroll system, you will be an essential asset to our operations. 

You posses a solid understanding of New Zealand Payroll legislation and thrive as a confident expert within your team. Having participated in a system migration, or implementations, you understand the intricacies involved and excel in using Excel for payroll-related tasks.
