Event and Talent Coordinator
About the role
Mango is renowned for creating and managing exceptional events and experiences for many local and global brands. One of our points of difference is the quality of our talent/brand ambassadors. Our Event and Talent Coordinator is integral to the success of every event we run.
We are looking for an organized person who may have had experience either as a recruiter or talent booker within the industry. We need you to manage an existing pool of brand ambassadors while also supporting our experiential team. This is a broad multi-faceted role involving finding new talent, briefing and training on events and activations, sourcing and fitting uniforms, locations and props, doing payroll admin AND supporting the team in managing events and running our busy office. To summarize, your responsibilities would be to recruit, book, brief, manage and motivate brand ambassadors. As well as assist with events and brand experiences and launch events and activations.
What you'll bring:
- 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Organized, self-starter, with great attention to detail
- Enjoys working with people and getting the best out of them
- An excellent, confident and clear communicator
- Genuinely likes getting involved in events and brand experiences
- A natural administrator who loves making lists and ticking off tasks!
- Loves being part of the events industry and sees it as your career
- You will thrive on working within a passionate team of experiential producers and PR managers, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- They will value your ability to juggle several activities at once and calmly handle whatever is thrown your way.
