Senior Business Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to be at the forefront of client relationships and to be the key strategic advisor for one of the key DDB Group clients. This role will be split between the client and our agency, and you will act as a hybrid between our two offices (Grey Lynn and Greenlane).

You will be providing sound advice and direction for your clients to ensure they are able to achieve their business objectives using TRACK services through digital, loyalty, content, CRM, technology and brand. As well as working closely with our client team to assist their Merchandising and Digital strategies across customer journey, merchandising and local store marketing.

This is a unique opportunity to spend part of your time client-side, as well as agency side. If you have agency experience and want to see what it’s like to work client-side, this is a great opportunity. What will you bring?

You will be confident and assured with managing clients, taking the lead on projects and your entrepreneurial spirit means you’re able to create opportunities for the benefit of both clients and the agency. You will have prior experience in managing campaigns that deliver results and enjoy fostering a positive team approach in-line with the greater business. You’ll have a passion for CRM, eCommerce, customer-first strategic thinking, ideas and enjoy crafting some inspiring creative briefs to unlock opportunities.

• Have 3-5 years of experience agency or client-side
• Have broad advertising & marketing experience and a digital first approach to everything
• Be successful at building solid relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
• Flourish under pressure
• Be a team player, thriving on a challenge
• Be passionate about growing brand awareness and engagement in digital platforms
• Have an understanding of digital marketing
