How do you get Apple loyalists to consider a Samsung? Or even just try one? You put it directly in their hands. On their iPhone ... Yep, their their iPhone. A web app that started as a proactive job in New Zealand went viral overnight and has now become a product that evolves every year. Managed by the Global Samsung team with 30 Tribal employees, we’re always keeping up with the new device updates and making the experience better for the over 90 countries who now use the app.

Users are free to explore way beyond the guided tour, so everything is written to entertain.

Photographer influencer, Logan Dodds, walks users through all of the camera features they get with a Samsung.

Keeps the kids entertained... and locked out of anything that might not be appropriate for little eyes.

A series of themes in iTest allows users to experience how much Samsung phones can be customised to individual tastes.

What started as a campaign has now become a product with regular updates to the web experience reflecting the latest Android OS

There’s even a fully functioning game, with the highest scorers winning a Samsung Galaxy S21.

Switching is the biggest challenge at Samsung and iTest (now Try Galaxy) is a hugely powerful tool. It puts a Samsung phone in the hands of every potential customer. This is technology and human experience at its very best.
